1 General Information and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 499dat platform ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member", "Player"). If these terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall apply.
1.1 Key Definitions
"Platform"
The 499dat website, mobile version, and all related services and applications.
"Member" / "Player"
A person who has opened a registered account on 499dat and is using the platform's services.
"Real Money"
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) that a member deposits into their account and uses to place bets in games.
"Bonus Funds"

The condition specifying how many times the bonus amount must be used as bets before it can be withdrawn.
"KYC"

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

- Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening or using an account if you are under 21 is strictly prohibited.
- Personal Account: Each member may operate only one account. Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, payment method, or within the same household are not permitted.
- Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in the account being closed immediately.
- Legal Eligibility: You should not be a resident or citizen of any region where online gaming is completely prohibited by law.
- Age Verification: 499dat may request a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate at any time to verify your age. The account may be restricted until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration
To open an account on 499dat, you must complete the registration form and comply with the following:

- During registration, you must correctly provide your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.
- Use a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Keep your account login details confidential — do not share them with any third party.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposit Rules
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please notify the support team.
- You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits via third parties are prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Wagering requirements must be met for withdrawals from bonus winnings.
- Under normal circumstances, withdrawal processing takes 10 to 45 minutes.
- KYC verification must be complete at the time of withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (deposit method applies).
- In cases of suspicious activity, 499dat may delay a withdrawal until additional verification is completed.
5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Gaming Rules

- Fair Play: 499dat's games use verified Random Number Generators (RNG), which keep every outcome completely random and impartial.

- Technical Errors: Wins or losses resulting from a technical issue or software malfunction may be considered void at 499dat's discretion.
- Internet Connection: If the internet connection is lost during play, the outcome of the ongoing bet will be determined according to the server record.
- Game Demo: Playing games in demo mode is free and there is no opportunity to win real money.
6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting
- For sports betting, the result announced by the official result-determining authority (ICC, BPL committee, etc.) is final.
- If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the relevant bets are generally refunded, though each market's own rules apply.
- In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 499dat. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Fraud and Manipulation: Any form of fraudulent strategy, bot software, automation system, or game manipulation is completely prohibited.
- Money Laundering: Depositing or transacting with funds from illegal sources is a criminal offence and the relevant authorities will be notified.
- Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information is considered bonus fraud.
- Account Transfer: Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use an account is prohibited.
- Hacking and System Attacks: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems may result in legal action.
- Use of Third-Party Funds: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account or card is prohibited.
8 Responsible Gambling
499dat believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment. We encourage our members to gamble responsibly and are always ready to help prevent potential harm.
- Set Limits: Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits on their account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Member Rights
Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is possible to withdraw the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) before closure, provided all KYC verification has been completed.
10.2 499dat's Rights
499dat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
- Providing a false identity or false information.
- Use of an account by a minor or an ineligible person.
- Instructions from legal authorities or the need for an investigation.
- An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
In the event of account closure, if no fraud is proven, the remaining valid real money balance will be returned to the member.
11 Limitation of Liability
- 499dat is not responsible for financial losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection problems.
- Responsibility for errors in the software of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) lies with the respective provider.
- 499dat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- This clause does not apply to the extent that applicable law does not permit the exclusion of such liability.
12 Changes to Terms
499dat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process
- First Step: Report any complaint to the support team first via live chat or email. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
- Second Step: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, the matter will be escalated to the management team.
- Time Limit: Complaints must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the relevant incident.
